Company Founder, Robert has been Chairman since 2013. Originally COO and CEO, Robert studied Finance (Stanford), Cyber Security (MIT), Economics (Otago). He was formerly an HSBC Banker, and NZX Energy Trader.
Chartered Accountant, formerly a country head CFO for the €13b Digicel Group. Strong experience in FX, Mobile Money and Emerging Markets.
Alvin joined KlickEx as the Team's Compliance Officer, covering AML reporting, systems, Transaction Monitoring, KYC services, Client Due Diligence, Institutional Relationships, and Audits.
A Graduate of HEC Montreal's Business Administration program, Natalia has experience running high-value brands in North America. She is Fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
Our Governance Group has been in place since early 2010, and replaced the Boad of Directors of KlickEx NZ, from a functional perspective, when that business was acquired. The Governance Team manages the Senior Executives and provides strategic leadership on long term and tactical matters ranging from Market Access, Philanthropy, and Structure.
Heather joined KlickEx in 2010 and was one of the original customers in 2008. She specialises in small cap Asian growth and high yield listed companies, and leadership strategy.
Chairing the tactical delivery team on the acquisition committees for PassportFX, KlickEx Corp., CurrencyFair, and ANZ Pacific, Pacific Settled, and more, Chris's experience has formed our ability to execute complicated transactions with confidence.
Vicki joined in 2012, as KlickEx moved from startup to incumbent in the Pacific, and began global growth. She provides leadership and advice, as well as guidance on operating strategy and direction, after successfully exiting her own startup.
Jesse holds the global leadership role for Financial Services at IBM, in distributed ledger computing, IBM Blockchain. His long background and his detailed understanding of technology is a formidable resource to us.

Responsible for day-to-day operations and decisions in their fields, our Market and Regional Leadership Management are the heart and soul of our highly skilled and precision-guided business units.
Head of our Pacific Markets, Gretel is also the Chair on the Tonga-NZ Trade Association, Fluent in Samoan, Tongan and English, and based in New Zealand. In 2018, she joined the board of Governors at the KlickEx Foundation.
Kelly is the Head of Channels, in New Zealand and Samoa. Formerly National Community Ambassador for Digicel's New Zealand presence, Kelly has been with KlickEx since 2014.
Henry is in charge of our Operational Control Centre. He oversees compliance systems, FX pricing, and institutional relationships, since 2015.
Laumua has been with KlickEx since 2015, Fluent in English and Samoan, she leads the Client Services functions at KlickEx, covering Consumer Engagement and Services in eight markets.
Lean is our Country Head in Tonga. Formerly with Digicel Mobile Money, and Western Union - Lena has managed our services, and licensing, since 2015.
Dennis is KlickEx's Technology Lead. Covering Engineering and Systems Operations, and has been with KlickEx most of his Professional Career.
In charge of service delivery and client interaction, our Operations and Management teams provide day to day support to internal and external customers across the business. Fluent in more than 5 languages – our local managers lead their teams in Branch Networks, IT, Opearations, Conservation, Currency Operations, and Compliance.
Teu has lead our Branch Teams since 2012. She maintains the leadership role in the Auckland Flagship store. She is KlickEx's longest serving team employee; having joined the Frankies franchise 2 years before KlickEx acquired that business.
Bob joined KlickEx in 2013, as it acquired Digicel Mobile Money, KlickEx Corporation, and Frankies. Bob became involved in our Foundation in 2016; based in Norway, sourcing equipment in Europe for the Blue Ocean Project.
Phiou managed Cash Collection and Branch Auditing during the banking sector failures of 2015-2016. She remains in charge of Cash Operations and Risk Oversight, and is a key figure in the Blue Ocean Project project, launched by KlickEx (2016).
Veli has been with us since 2015 and works in Klickex's flagship retail stores managing client services and in person customer care and compliance.
Based in Tonga, Felicia manages the local regulatory relationships with the Central Bank, and key corporate clients in Tonga, including reporting, and cash flow planning.
Tangi leads our FX Sales and Reconciliations in Tonga, and has worked at KlickEx in the Kingdom since 2016. She leads the Day-to-day business of the Branch Office in the Capital, Nuku'alofa.
Parul joined the team in 2016, leading Quality Assurance and System Stability within the Technology and Engineering teams, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

Sophia joined in 2014 as CFO, Europe, and assisted with team management, divestitures, acqusitions and Financial Control; a role which now covers and focuses on Financial Control in the Pacific.
Tim joined our consulting team via Currency Fair, where Tim managed the KlickEx/CF partnership. Tim provides support and expertise on developed market growth, and banking acqusitions.
Arthur joined KlickEx in 2014 and assisted in the rebuild of systems and a 1,000x process efficiency in ForEx market matching. Arthur leads security, change management, and undertakes IT mentoring within our Engineering division.
